These guys are shockingly bad to deal with. They advertise products on their website as being "In Stock" - then when you order and they've taken payment from you, they tell you that the products have to be manufactured by the manufacturer, which will take 2 to 3 weeks, and will then take a week to 10 days to be shipped out.

They still regard these as products that are "In Stock" - how???? Clearly most other retailers have a different definition of "In Stock" than they do. I ordered 6 thousand dollars worth of "In Stock" products on May 3rd, and received my order on June 13th.

And two of the chairs were damaged. Do not purchase from Premium Poly Patios - you can get the same products, from other stores, and they will actually be honest with you about whether the items are in stock and ready for shipping, or whether they are on back order or need to be made by the manufacturer.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

From what I can tell, each of their products have lead time listed on them. I bought a Berlin Gardens product from them and it said on the page that it would take 5-10 business days to ship out. So I am going to disagree with this comment.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered June 8 and received my item July 5.

I was assured (through very uncaring customer service they would arrive before my 4th of July party).

Received a txt July 3rd at 5pm they would be arriving July 5th. Wouldโ€™ve cancelled the order if I wasnโ€™t assured they would be here.
